Congratulations and well done to SCEE Apprentice, Daniel Cocker for being the Winner of the 2015 NECA WA 4th Year Apprentice Award in the Industrial Category.
This is the third year in a row that Daniel Cocker has won his category at the NECA Awards having won the 3rd Year Apprentice Category in 2014 and the 2nd Year Apprentice Category in 2013 which is a fantastic achievement.
The National Electrical and Communications Association (NECA) WA Excellence and Apprentice Awards are held each year. This years ceremony was held at the Crown Perth on Friday 21 August 2015.
SCEE was awarded a Certificate of Commendation in the Industrial Large Project Category on the Rio Tinto Cape Lambert Port B (353 mtpa) Project. We understand SCEE was within a single point of the winners in the judges' scoring for that category.
Daniel Cocker will now go on to represent SCEE at the 2015 NECA National Excellence and Apprentice Awards later in the year.
SCEE's 3rd Year Apprentice, Andrew Cantarella, was a WA State Finalist for the 3rd Year Apprentice category.
